Diablo recently completed the design, build, and retrofit of an Integral Quench Furnace complete with load tables. The purchaser is a commercial heat treater who chose Diablo because of our design capabilities and on-time delivery. The furnace can handle a load size up to 30" W x 48" L x 26" H with a weight up to 1500 lbs. Controls are from Honeywell and the furnace operates at a 1850 degree temperature.
Diablo designed and built a Circular-Designed Draw Temper with Load Table for a commercial heat treater. The furnace features Eurotherm Nanodac controls with a load weight of 5000 lbs. The furnace can operate with loads up to 36"W x 52"L x 36"H and a temperature of 1400 degrees.

March 27, 2018 …..We are pleased to announce that Paul Gies PE has recently joined Diablo Furnaces as Engineering Manager. Paul Gies comes to Diablo with a long history in the engineering and construction fields, along with experience working for a heat treating OEM manufacturer. With twenty years’ experience, Paul is an accomplished engineer in technically calculating and mechanically designing heat treating equipment. Paul is a Licensed Professional Engineer from the State of Ohio of Professional Engineers and Surveyors, and holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. As Diablo Furnaces’ Engineering Manager, Paul will lead the direction of new furnace equipment and retrofits, while developing and refining its existing standard line of heat treating equipment.
